Respected All,
To make Mathuradevi Group of Institutions, (MDGI) Indore a leading management institution worldwide through the entrepreneurial talent, organizational leadership and tech savvy skills.
Rather than educating students in a traditional manner, MDGI wants to introduce Socratic method, where students lead the discussion and questioning ultimately developing critical thinking and strategic learning. MDGI wants to help students turn information into knowledge and knowledge into wisdom.
With my 40 years of industrial and academic experience, I wish to weave threads of synchronizing Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Strategy in students.
With my experience of being an author and publishing more than 50 research papers, I wish not only to groom business leaders but also make them expert in researching and sharing their knowledge. Publishing papers and articles not only develops a sense of cooperation but also help test, correct and complete thinking. Jai Hind !
With my negotiation skills I wish to groom students in problem solving and business management abilities. A good negotiator has skills to working as a team and foster a collaborative atmosphere during negotiations.
